I have read and agree to the Color Club Membership Agreement. I understand my selected membership will be recurring, automatically billed, non-refundable once charged, and subject to Color Club’s appointment, cancellation, no-show, and payment policies. I also understand I will be asked to sign the full agreement and payment authorization in person to keep on file.
